Registration is open from April 10 to September 15, 2019. Early bird registration ends july 31st, 2019.

You will have to choose the lunches you wish to have and the eventual additional dinners.

 You can, if you want, register to the Tutorial (Basic Hydrodynamic Lubrication) of the Wednesday Ocobrer 9, 2019 (from 2pm to 6pm).

Fee

The registration fee includes the admission to the workshop and the exhibition, the proceedings, the coffee-breaks, the lunches of October 10 & 11, 2019.
VAT is included in the prices.

Early bird rate

Applicable to all bookings received on or before July 31, 2019.

Presenting author

Only one presenting author will be accepted for technical presentations.

ASME or AFM members

A discount of 45 € is granted to AFM or ASME members  (member’s number is required on the online registration).

Students

Students should give a copy of student card.

Cancellation

Deadline for cancellation and refunds registration fee: September 25, 2019.
